STEP 1:
To make your visit more pleasant and to speed things along, here are a few house rules.
PLEASE keep all small pets including birds on your lap or in a carrier. ALL dogs must be on a short leash and by your side at all times. Please do not allow them to roam and touch noses. Expandable leads should be locked in the shortest position.
It can be unpleasant for some of our more timid clients and patients if a large pet comes rushing over even if it is to plant a big wet kiss.
Our staff may ask you to remove your leash so they can use one of our leashes to escort your pet into the examination areas.
Our painted workwork and some of our furniture just will not tolerate pet toe nails. So....if you keep your pet close to your side or on your lap (not the people chairs) we can avoid any mishaps.
Please report any "accidents" immediately. Our team members are well trained in quick clean up.
If you need any help with an overly excited pet, just ask one of our receptionists for assistance. We can provide carriers and holding cages for these "balls of energy".
We hope your visit will be a happy one and we thank you for chosing us to be "your other family doctor".
