STEP 2:

We make every effort to maintain fair and reasonable fees consistent with the services provided. An estimate of proposed services will be made available upon request.  We will consult with you if any changes in a diagnostic or therapeutic plan are needed which will either increase the risk to your pet or alter the estimated fees.

Our fees support the most progressive diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical services we can provide. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered, or upon discharge for hospitalized patients. For your convenience, we accept cash, major credit cards, care credit, personal checks with proper ID, and pet insurance.


Check Policy

Please endorse checks to David J. Andrix, D.V.M., P.A.. Since we process our checks electronically, a driver's license is required at time of payment. We accept personal and business checks, money orders and traveler's cheques. In the event that a check is returned, you will be assessed a Return Check fee.

Credit Card Policy

We accept all major credit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Visa Debit Cards.

Care Credit Policy

Care Credit grants qualified individuals a line of credit for medical use only and is accepted by many animal and human health care providers. Additionally, promotional rates are available, including no interest for up to one year and reduced interest rates for 24-36 months.

Ask your receptionist for details on care credit promotions and applications. A receptionist will also assist you in completing the free application. If you application is not accepted, you may re-apply with a co-signer. All care credit applications must be accompanied by each applicant's signature and a valid driver's license.

Deposit Policy

We require that all hospitalized cases be accompanied with a 50% deposit of the estimated fees.
